ASHE Higher Education Program Directory
The ASHE Higher Education Program Directory has its roots in work done by the
Council for the Advancement of Higher Education Programs (CAHEP),
which began in 1997 as a standing committee of ASHE. In 1999, CAHEP provided the ASHE Office with a program directory, which the ASHE office put on-line.
The current directory reflects the ASHE Office's efforts to update the
CAHEP directory by adding more than fifty programs found in other on-line
higher education program directories, e.g., the Council for the Study of
Community College's directory of graduate programs with a community
college emphasis. The directory has also been reorganized so that it can
be viewed by institutions, states, regions, master's programs, doctoral
programs, and program emphases, e.g., student affairs.

If you have any questions regarding the directory, please contact Karen Card at the University of South Dakota. If you are a new program coordinator, please email the ASHE Office and ask the office to update the database and the membership files. In addition, if there are changes to your institution's program, please send an email to to the ASHE Office.
