U.S Power in International Higher Education
ASHE CIHE offered the first Research and Discussion Webinar of 2022 on Wednesday, February 9th at 12 PM EST. The webinar highlighted and discussed the book U.S. Power in International Higher Education, edited by Dr. Jenny J. Lee. This book was the winner of the 2021 ASHE CIHE Award for Significant Research on International Higher Education. Dr. Lee was joined by several contributing authors/ASHE CIHE members, including Dr. Geraldo Blanco, Dr. Santiago Castiello Gutierrez, Dr. Chrystal George-Mwangi, Dr. Chris Glass, and Dr. Christina Yao. In addition to hearing from the editor and the authors, the hour-long webinar included time for Q&A, as well as discussion and opportunities for attendees to engage with each other. This webinar was moderated by Dr. Antigoni Papadimitriou, ASHE CIHE chair.
