The Department of Educational Leadership, Research and Technology (ELRT) Department is one of two departments in the University that house only graduate programs. The ELRT faculty currently provide courses, field experiences, and other learning opportunities for students working toward degrees in Educational Leadership (EDLD); Evaluation, Measurement, and Research (EMR); Organizational Change Leadership (OCL); and Educational and Instructional Technology (Ed.T.). More recently, EDLD faculty have also developed an undergraduate minor in Leadership for Social Change.
Department faculty members are engaged in a wide variety of research and service activities in and out of public education and social science arenas. ELRT faculty regularly secure extramural funding (grants and contracts) for research and professional development in the field.
