This position manages and implements programs, events and functions to recruit prospective students for graduate programs. The manager will develop recruitment plans, set new student enrollment targets, and devise strategies to reach those targets. The incumbent designs and initiates communication strategies to recruit graduate students; manages electronic recruitment tracking and communication processes, including effective utilization of our customer relations management (CRM) software; selects and trains student assistant(s); and oversees staffing for recruiting events. Other central duties include providing information to prospective students, arranging campus tours, participation in online recruiting events and presentations, and travel to represent UM at recruiting events and for other recruitment purposes.

The minimum education/experience requirements are a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two (2) years’ experience related to the above described duties. Strong candidates will have a master’s and/or other graduate degree.
