| Requirements |
- A Ph.D. in education, economics, public policy, or another related field;
- Expertise in using quasi-experimental research methods, particularly those suited for analyzing large, longitudinal datasets;
- Proficiency in STATA or R statistical software packages;
- A track record of publication, or evidence of strong peer-reviewed publication potential;
- Evidence of research collaborations involving practitioners or other relevant educational stakeholders;
- Evidence of an education policy-oriented research agenda with an interest in working both collaboratively as well as independently;
- Demonstrated interest in developing and conducting research-to-policy-to-practice research with and for education policymakers;
- Excellent interpersonal skills; and
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent written and verbal communication.
