Senior Quantitative Research Analysts (Two Positions) - USC Race and Equity Center
The University of Southern California is home to a dynamic research and organizational improvement center that works with professionals in educational institutions, corporations, and other contexts. The mission of the USC Race and Equity Center is to illuminate, disrupt, and dismantle racism in all its forms. We do this through rigorous interdisciplinary research, high-quality professional learning experiences, the production and wide dissemination of useful tools, trustworthy consultations and strategy advising, and substantive partnerships.
The Center is searching for two equity-minded, highly-skilled quantitative data scientists to join our survey research team. The National Assessment of Collegiate Campus Climates, our quantitative survey, is being administered to more than 1.5 million students across the United States. We are also creating a new pair of national quantitative climate surveys, one for faculty and another for staff at higher education institutions. We are open to the possibility of having both senior data scientists work remotely.
