Post-Doctoral Fellow - Research Programs and Operations
The SKILLS Collaborative at the University of Louisville’s College of Education and Human Development is seeking a full-time, 12-month, post-doctoral fellow, who is well-grounded in quantitative and qualitative methods. The position is grant-funded and reports to the Director of the Research and Policy for the SKILLS Collaborative and works closely with the Center Director of the SKILLS Collaborative.
The UofL SKILLS Collaborative engages in research, policy analysis, and evaluation of career/professional education and legal/policy projects in higher education. Since 2015, the SKILLS Collaborative has been awarded over $16 million in extramural funding to examine research questions about career and technical education, professional education (particularly in the area of military education), work-based learning approaches, competency-based education, workforce ecosystems, and legal issues around earn-to-learn environments. The SKILLS Collaborative is comprised of a diverse staff, including 10 full-time faculty members of the university’s higher education program and 11 full-time staff who are funded through the Collaborative.
