Clinical Assistant Professor
The Department of Educational Leadership, Evaluation, & Organizational Development in the University of Louisville's College of Education and Human Development is seeking a full-time, 12-month, clinical faculty professor (non-tenure track).

Primary duties include teaching in the higher education program, executive programs, and professional development workshops. The instruction includes educating instructors and professors of military science of ROTC programs and other partnership offerings. The higher education program offers courses in-person, online, hybrid, and an executive format. Also, the military-based programs are offered in a focused, executive format with daily, all-day course meetings throughout the year and online clinical/coaching courses.

In addition, the candidate must have a solid understanding about administrative practice within higher education. During the academic year, clinical faculty will also engage in team-designed curriculum development and student learning outcome assessments.

The position includes some teaching responsibility on-site at Fort Knox as well as online courses. Some course design materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides, assessment activities, videos, handouts) will be jointly constructed with a team of academics.
