Program and Research Associate
The Postsecondary National Policy Institute (PNPI) program and research associate will play a key role in the creation and facilitation of our virtual course offerings, assist in the design and implementation of extended learning opportunities for PNPI alumni, and help develop the PNPI library of resources.

Compensation level is dependent on skill set including past work experience. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package with employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, a 3% employer match on 401k contributions, pre-tax transportation benefits, and paid holidays, vacation, sick, and volunteer time off.

Requirements

  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working with varied audiences.
  • Exceptionally organized and task oriented.
  • Experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, Outlook, Dropbox, and Google applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Interest in higher education issues and higher education policy.
  • Experience with curriculum development and designing professional development for adults.
  • Experience with program evaluation.
  • Degree in education, higher education or public policy preferred.
