The Higher Education Student Success Manager will serve as the primary advisor and point-of-contact for all prospective and current students in the Master's of Higher Education Administration (MAHEA) program throughout their lifecycle in the program, from recruitment to graduation. As such, this role will be responsible for recruitment, advising, student success activities (including coordination of work-based learning experiences), and ensuring timely and accurate processing of all associated forms.
Additionally, in collaboration with program faculty, this person will take a primary role in the development and execution of an Executive PhD program. This position requires experience in student support, recruitment, and program development.
This position is funded by a federal grant; renewal of the position is contingent upon grant funding, department need, and individual performance.
