The University of Southern California is home to a dynamic research and organizational improvement center that works with professionals in educational institutions, corporations, and other contexts. The mission of the USC Race and Equity Center is to illuminate, disrupt, and dismantle racism in all its forms. We do this through rigorous interdisciplinary research, high-quality professional learning experiences, the production and wide dissemination of useful tools, trustworthy consultations and strategy advising, and substantive partnerships. While race and ethnicity are at the epicenter of our work, we also value their intersectionality with other identities, and therefore aim to advance equity for all persons experiencing marginalization. The Center annually serves hundreds of K-12 schools and districts, colleges and universities, and businesses and firms across a multitude of sectors.
The USC Race and Equity Center is searching for two equity-minded, highly-skilled quantitative data scientists to join our survey research team. The National Assessment of Collegiate Campus Climates, our quantitative survey, is being administered to more than 1.5 million students at colleges and universities across the United States. We are also creating a new pair of national climate surveys, one for faculty and another for staff at higher education institutions.
