Assistant Director for Community College Partnerships
The University of Southern California is home to a dynamic research and organizational improvement center that works with professionals in educational institutions, corporations, and other contexts. The mission of the USC Race and Equity Center is to illuminate, disrupt, and dismantle racism in all its forms.
The Center is searching for an equity-minded professional to lead our envelope of community college partnerships. The Center is home to the California Community Colleges Racial Equity Leadership Alliance, a consortium of 68 institutions that participate in our campus racial climate surveys and monthly professional learning series.
We are also launching the California Community Colleges Racial Equity Research and Resources Hub, which is funded through a grant from College Futures Foundation. Additionally, in partnership with Compton College, we are creating a multidimensional pipeline program to accelerate faculty diversity across California’s community colleges.
