There are numerous opportunities available during the ASHE Conference to hold a meeting for your organization or host a reception.
In order to meet our obligations with the conference hotel, we appreciate you working with the ASHE Office in securing rooms and any other needs that may arise.
While there is no cost to use a room in the conference space, ASHE will give a priority for room assignment to ASHE conference sessions, ASHE committees and editorial boards conducting ASHE business. From there, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To streamline the process of meeting room reservations, please register no later than August 31, 2019. Meeting room reservations will be announced on September 1, 2019. Any meeting room reservation cancellations will need to be completed by October 1, 2019.
Once the form is received, we will send you an electronic copy of the hotel banquet menu, from which food, A/V, and incidentals will be selected. We will also forward you a contact at the hotel for placing banquet orders.
Following the conference, the hotel will send you an invoice for your organization’s costs.
The website of the hotel has additional information regarding their meeting space including floor plans, capacities, etc.
