Registering for ASHE 2020

If you have an ASHE log-in (i.e., you are a current member, expired member, or have a Guest (Non-Member) account):

  1. Log in to your ASHE Member Portal at www.ashe.ws/login.asp.
  2. Once logged in, select "Register for ASHE 2020" in the left menu bar under "Events." If you only want to register for a Pre-Conference (meaning you will only be attending a Pre-Conference and not the general conference as well), select "Register for ASHE 2020 Pre-Conferences Only."
  3. On the Event Registration page, select the "Conference Registration" button on the right side of the screen.
  4. On the My Information page, your information from your membership profile will auto-populate. If this information is correct, you can update it in your ASHE Member Portal.
  5. Once you complete all of the steps, you will complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation email within 5-10 minutes. If you do not, please email conference@ashe.ws or call the ASHE Office at (702) 895-2737.
Note: If you get to the payment screen and do not complete registration (i.e., you go back and/or exit), the system will lock your account. Please make every effort to either request an invoice for later payment or pay when you reach the payment screen. If your account becomes locked, please email office@ashe.ws so we can unlock it.


If you do not have an ASHE log-in (i.e., you were never an ASHE member and never created a guest account):

  1. You can join ASHE and take advantage of discounted conference registration rates or you can create a free Guest (Non-Member) account 
  2. Once you have created an account, go to your ASHE Member Portal.
  3. Select "Register for ASHE 2020" in the left menu bar under "Events." If you only want to register for a Pre-Conference (meaning you will only be attending a Pre-Conference and not the general conference as well), select "Register for ASHE 2020 Pre-Conferences Only."
  4. On the Event Registration page, select the "Conference Registration" button on the right side of the screen.
  5. On the My Information page, your information from your membership profile will auto-populate. If this information is correct, you can update it in your ASHE Member Portal.
