Aisha Kanwal

I am a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development at NC State University, USA, and a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, where I support accreditation reaffirmation and academic and administrative assessment. I am an international student from Pakistan and bring over a decade of higher education leadership experience. My research examines the lived experiences of women in higher education through critical qualitative inquiry, focusing on how policies, cultures, and power dynamics structure their pathways.
