Board of Directors
The members of the ASHE Board of Directors are the fiduciaries of the association. They are responsible for providing oversight, insight, and foresight of the organization’s finances, strategic plan, and the Executive Director. There are nineteen members of the board of directors: nine association-wide elected directors, four elected Council Chairs, four board appointed committee chairs, a board-appointed legal counsel, and the Executive Director.
