Awards

Nominations will open in early May and close in late June.

ASHE Awards recognize exemplary achievements and contributions to the study of higher education through research, leadership, and/or service to the field and the Association. The ASHE membership plays an essential role in identifying persons who should be honored, so please give each award your thoughtful consideration.

Nomination criteria and materials needed to submit a nomination are listed on the award pages. Please visit each award page for nomination criteria as it varies from award to award. Nominators are encouraged to collaborate on nominations in lieu of submitting multiple nominations for the same individual/group/organization.

All awards committees have provided Nomination Evaluation Criteria, in addition to awards descriptions, to provide greater transparency and clarity in the nomination process. This information is available on each respective awards webpage.
