Professional Bio
I have over a decade of experience in engineering education, academic leadership, curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance in higher education. My work has focused on strengthening engineering programs through educational innovation, evidence-based decision-making, university-industry collaboration, and continuous improvement processes. I have also participated in research and externally funded projects related to renewable energy, applied mechanics, computational modeling, and engineering learning tools. My current academic interests include higher education leadership, institutional effectiveness, Lean Higher Education (LHE), and data-informed academic management.
