Joy Gaston Gayles

Joy Gaston Gayles is the Department Head for Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development (ELPHD) and an Alumni Distinguished Graduate Professor at North Carolina State University. Joy was elected to serve as the 2022 President of the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE). She identified "Humanizing Higher Education" as the theme for the 2022 ASHE annual conference.
