Pamela Felder Small

Pamela P. Felder-Small, Ph.D. is a higher education scholar whose work focuses on doctoral student socialization within the context of the Black scholarly development. Her research emphasizes the role of belief systems and the psychosocial experience in doctoral student success and degree completion. She is President and Founder of Black Doctorates Matter, a virtual coalition-building and advocacy initiative for Black doctoral scholars established in 2015.
