Dr. Tiaira Porter-Beall, PhD is a Research Scientist in The Bridge at NORC at the University of Chicago. A critical mixed-methods researcher, her scholarship examines the experiences of historically marginalized students and faculty in STEM, and their transitions from postsecondary education into the workforce.
