Organization Overview
The Master of Arts in Higher Education at Montclair State University prepares students for roles in higher education administration and student development. The program includes critical courses such as Leadership and Supervision in Higher Education, Economics and Finance of Higher Education, and Diversity and Equity in Higher Education, equipping professionals with essential knowledge and skills for equity-mindedness and responsiveness to racial issues.
