Professional Bio
I am a higher education researcher whose work focuses on teaching, learning, and assessment processes, college student development, and program evaluation.
Over the past decade, I have led and supported institutional research, assessment, accreditation, and strategic planning efforts, helping colleges and universities use evidence to improve student outcomes.
I recently earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Penn State with a specialization in Teaching, Learning, and Assessment. My dissertation explored faculty experiences with programmatic learning outcomes assessment across disciplines using a mixed-methods design informed by descriptive phenomenology.
I currently work as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Center for the Future of Higher Education and Work in the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University, where I study cooperative and experential learning models and their effect on college students' development of durable cognitive skills.
I am passionate about advancing educational research that informs practice and expands opportunities for learners in a rapidly changing world.
