Stephen Ogunnubi is a doctoral student in Higher Education Administration and Policy at the University of Florida, where his academic and research interests center on higher education policy, institutional governance, and college student success. His scholarly work examines policy issues in higher education, with particular interests in institutional capacity, resource inequities, technology governance, and the ways policy decisions shape student outcomes. His recent research engagements include examining artificial intelligence governance in higher education and exploring equitable approaches to institutional technological readiness and state-level higher education funding.

With over five years of experience in higher education, Stephen brings together academic research and professional practice to better understand and address real-world challenges facing colleges and universities. Before pursuing his doctoral studies at the University of Florida, he earned a master's degree in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies, with a concentration in Higher Education and Student Affairs, from the University of Iowa, and a bachelor's degree in Educational Management and Political Science.
