In today’s higher education landscape, academic administrators are increasingly called upon to lead through environments marked by polarization, resource constraints, shifting dynamics, and evolving social expectations. This webinar explores the pivotal role academic leaders play in managing conflict, fostering dialogue, and maintaining institutional integrity during times of heightened tension.
This event is coordinated by the ASHE 2025 Presidential Commission for Responding and Reshaping Higher Education Policy.
The event will include 45 minutes of presentations, 30 minutes of breakout group discussions, and a 15 Q&A and wrap-up.
