Jacqueline A. White is a Ph.D. student in Educational Administration with an emphasis in Higher Education at Texas A&M University. Her research is grounded in a commitment to equity and inclusion, focusing on the experiences of Latiné/Hispanic students, Latina women in higher education leadership, and the evolving role of Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs). Her work reflects a deep passion for supporting underrepresented students and creating more inclusive educational environments through research, mentorship, and institutional change. Jacqueline has served as a graduate research assistant in multiple research labs, including projects on college access, STEM mentorship for Latinas, and advisor-advisee relationships in doctoral programs. In addition to her research, she has several years of experience in academic coaching, student development programming, and mentoring college students.
