Organization Overview
Whether you pursue a master's or a doctorate, you will be prepared to tackle complex challenges facing modern universities by learning to:
• Develop the skills to foster inclusive and supportive campus environments, advance student engagement, and support the personal and academic growth of diverse student populations.
• Gain expertise in organizational leadership, policy development, finance, and strategic planning to guide universities through periods of change and growth.
• Analyze international contexts and global trends affecting higher education and develop strategies for effective internationalization.
Unlike programs that separate these fields, our curriculum intentionally integrates student affairs, administration, and internationalization, reflecting the reality of modern higher education leadership. Learn from nationally recognized and highly experienced faculty who are both leading scholars and scholar-practitioners in the field. Master's students gain valuable experience through internships and practicums, while doctoral students engage in advanced research and problem-solving.
