Degrees and Programs
The MA program is practice-oriented, with several opportunities to engage in research. Students will become well-versed in student development theories, leadership education, organizations and environments. The program culminates in a case study exam or thesis.
The EdD program is practice-oriented, meant as training for scholar-practitioners. Candidates will be able to apply research to practice with a part-time course load with other working professionals. The program culminates in a dissertation in practice (assessment and evaluation).
The research-oriented PhD program is for full-time and part-time students. The main focus of the program is training candidates to conduct their own original research. At the end of this program, candidates write and present a traditional dissertation.
