Patrick Amponsah

I am a higher education scholar with expertise in Education administration and leadership. My teaching and Research experience spans over a decade across Ghana and the United States, including co-teaching undergraduate courses in Social Foundations of Education and Research Methods at Illinois State University. I have many years’ experiences as a lecturer in in marketing, strategic management, international business, and governance at both undergraduate and graduate levels in Ghana. My research, and teaching interests include higher education Access, International higher education, Comparative higher education, Organizational governance, Student Affairs, and Research Methods. I am committed to inclusive, student-centered teaching and advancing scholarship that informs policy and practice across diverse higher education systems. I seek to contribute to institutional development through engaged teaching, collaborative research, and service in both U.S. and international contexts.
